Clarcona Horseman's Park
Apopka, Florida
This is where Dressage Rally is held, there is a back way,
but for now, I only have the interstate way
- Take I-95 South to I-4 Toward Orlando
- Take Exit 48 (Altamonte Springs/Apopka) and go west
7.6 miles
- Turn left at Park Avenue (Walgreens is on the right)
- Stay on this road for 3.6 miles, then turn right on
McCormick Road
- Go approximately 1/2 mile then turn right on Damon Road
- The park is 1/2 mile on the right.
Green Acres
These directions are from after crossing the Shands bridge, when you are on State Road 16
- South SR 17 to Palatka-20 miles
- Bear to Right to South on SR 19
- Bear right on CR 310 at the base of the Rodman
Dam Bridge, don't go over the bridge
- At Stop Sign turn left onto CR 315
- At Stop Sign at Orange Springs, turn left onto
SR 21/CR 315
- Very Shortly on right turn right onto CR
318 into Citra
- At Citra turn left onto US 301 south
- Just after US 301 and US 441 merge (at stop light)
turn right onto CR 329
- Cross RR tracks and at 4 way stop (Handi Way)
turn left onto CR 25A
- Pass Tack Shop, and Fire Station and turn right
onto NW 120th St (Green and white Plant farm sign)
- When that road splits bear to the left (it becomes
NW 118th St) -
- Approximately a mile look for jump field with
colored jumps on left.
Green Acres is at top of the hill on the left (twin columns and sign on road)
Rocking Horse
- SR 13 South
- Fork right onto SR 16 West over Shands Bridge
- Left onto SR 17 South
- In Palatka (about 20 miles) turn right onto SR 19 south
- Continue on SR 19 over Rodman Bridge into the Ocala National
Forest, about 45-60 minutes, and you will cross SR 40 and SR
- Go past what looks like the main road to the red barn
on the hill, past the show jumping field and turn left onto a road that goes along the south border of the fields
